At Heure Bleue Palais we have great respect for all things local: our Head Chef Ahmed Handour is passionate about Moroccan gastronomy and loves nothing more than to showcase the excellent Moroccan produce, including the region’s famous Argan oil.
Essaouira local culture and history. The oil extracted from the nuts of the Argan tree is best known in the world of cosmetics for its skin nourishing and softening properties.
